Undercurrent is designed for the future of communications and powered by a proprietary model to help both brands and people grow their voice, presence and impact. Unbound by traditional systems, we move with intention to shape perception, build trust and advance what matters most for our clients. The company was founded in 2025 by three moms who saw a need to move agency culture towards a more equitable and balanced way of working. Recognizing the lack of female ownership in the industry, they set out to build an agency that would meet the needs of today’s top talent by reimagining the traditional model to deliver work that meaningfully moves brands forward. The founders bring decades of global agency experience, having guided integrated communications for some of the world’s most recognizable brands in beauty, hospitality, technology, CPG, and financial services.
