Under Consequence is a decision architecture system for leaders and decision-makers facing serious business decisions. It exists to help them make decisions, test them, strengthen them, and stabilize them before weakness turns into cost. Built from the logic of consequential rooms, it does not add more perspective. It exposes what is actually being decided and where it weakens. It reveals the compromise or avoidance shaping it, and what must hold when consequence arrives. This work does not create authority. It assumes responsibility already exists. Not by adding pressure. By making the decision harder to dilute, harder to escape, and easier to test.
