Uncap is a Shopify Platinum Partner and software company in Chicago that builds B2B ecommerce and unified commerce for manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers across the US and Canada. Founded in 2013 as Pivofy and renamed Uncap in 2022, the company does two things. It delivers Shopify implementations on a fixed scope and fixed price (migrations from Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and custom platforms, ERP integrations with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, and Sage, and ongoing managed growth), and it builds six subscription apps that extend Shopify for B2B: ERP sync, quoting, shop-by-diagram parts ordering, Year-Make-Model fitment, rebate management, and warranty management. The team is small and senior, and the founder is still the first call on most projects.
