Unbent Information

Our company is assessing decision-making using a gaming platform. The product of our tool are blinded assessment reports on how candidates/gig employees perform (soft/hard skills) in a virtual reality world with diverse avatars. This data assists companies by blinding their own biases that occur when seeing candidates faces/demographics, while also providing data to the company on the ability in job and preference based on who they tend to interact with.
