Umsjatka rental studios (Studio 01 and 02) are relaxed, practical and spacious. Total surface 600 m2, parking spaces and kitchen lounges. The studios are situated on the ground floor and located at one of the most beautiful canals in the centre of Amsterdam, 800 meters walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station. The studios can be easily reached from the ring road and by public transport and are situated near the coolest shopping area in town. Umsjatka Studio 03 is a relaxed, practical and spacious rental studio, situated on the ground floor. Total surface: 290 metres, with 160 m2 studiofloor, a parking and working space of 65 m2 and a kitchen/lounge of 65m2. The studio can be easily reached from the ring road and by public transport, and it has a supermarket and a postoffice as neighbours. The centre of Amsterdam is only a ten minutes walk. Parking of two cars is possible indoors, but in front of the studio there are enough possiblities for parking.
