Umbrella Collaborative, L3C is a New Orleans-based team with national and international experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors leading and advising complex processes from visioning to implementation to improvement.Umbrella Collaborative formed to support communities of all kinds that are seeking (or being forced to) change.
