Ultimate Realty takes pride in our courteous, knowledgeable and responsive staff. Terry Gerling - Owner/Broker - I am a licensed real estate agent that grew up in the St.Louis area. My wife and myself had a retail business for 10 years. After closing our business to spend more time with our family, I was able to follow my true passion, real estate. I had always had a passion for real estate and it is something I take pride in as well as enjoy. I am not your typical 9 to 5 guy. I am your go to agent that will answer the phone at 10 o'clock at night and even on the weekends. My phone never stops ringing, but to me, that is what this business is all about. I have been licensed since April of 2007 and am licensed with the Missouri Real Estate Commission. I have been voted by consumers each year since 2012 as a "St. ouis Five Star Real Estate Agent" which gets feature in the St. Louis Magazine in April of each year. Fewer than 7% of real estate agents in the St. Louis area receive this award each year and I feel greatly honored to have held that title since 2012. I specialize in property management, first time home buyers, short sales and investors. I am persistent, aggressive and hard working. I do everything I can to get you into the property that every one else says impossible to. Aside from Real Estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. On the weekends in the summer I enjoy boating, riding my motorcycle, drag racing and spoiling my grandchildren. After all, my granddaughters are my little real estate agents. With that being said, I hope it comes to no shock to any of my clients if either of them are in the background during a phone call or tagging along for a showing.
