(hereinafter “UHC”), “The Ultimate Active Lifestyle Corporation,” was founded by Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt Holloway III, whose vision was to create a company of high quality brands that would have longevity, relate to all cultures, create jobs and opportunities, built on innovations and creativity, and to Play, Compete and Win in the game of life and business. UHC is a holding company for several sub-holding companies which own individual businesses with related, but very distinct, products, services, markets and opportunities. This business plan consolidates the sub-companies of UHC’s business. Each business concept delivers its own unique brand, well-accepted active lifestyle products, its own line of specialty supplements, and active lifestyle apparel to complement each business sales efforts. Each sub-company, as well as the holding company, will all be held within the same location, to facilitate employee and management training, cross branding and sales strategies, team innovations and creativity, company-coordinated financial strategies, accounting procedures, and inventory management, all while maintaining an active lifestyle team culture.
