Ultimate Beauty Companies encompasses four divisions--Nancy's Beauty Warehouse, Ultimate Beauty Center, Bella Spa & Salon and viaBeaute, Distributor of Fine Beauty Brands. All four divisions provide beauty professionals with personalized service and unsurpassed commitment beyond expectations. Based in Los Angeles, California, UBC was established in 1992 by CEO/Founder, Morad Zahabian and has since achieved 20 consecutive years of profitable growth. With a strong set of core principles including innovation, sustainability and service, UBC has expanded into a full-service master distributorship with a seasoned sales force whose territory stretches across every state and nearly every major city. UBC has been featured in top beauty trade publications including American Salon, Beauty Store Business, Beauty Launchpad, Beauty Industry Report, Skin Inc, Les Nouvelles Esthétiques & Spa and 944 Magazine. Nancy's Beauty Warehouse was established with the goal of becoming the largest beauty distribution company on the west coast. Morad, whose beauty industry experience began when he was only 19 years old working for a small franchise of beauty supply's in southern California, started his career as a warehouse puller, a position which evolved and led him to taking over the purchasing, inventory, sales and eventually all advertising and marketing. So with only $25,000 and two employees, Morad set out to create his company and with a spirit of love and hopes for long-term success he named the business after his wife Nancy and it was there that Nancy's Beauty Warehouse was born. As the business grew into new and distinctly different divisions, UBC was created as the umbrella company.
