Ülemiste City Information

Ülemiste City located in the heart of the most rapidly developing area of Tallinn in close proximity to Tallinn airport is the largest and the most prominent commercial real estate development project in the Baltics accommodating nearly 300 domestic and international high value-added enterprises. The business campus, spread over 36 hectares of former industrial area of Dvigatel factory, offers today 100,000 m² of office and 127,000 m² of industrial premises. The current zoning grants development rights for 708,000 m² of office and mixed-use buildings. Ülemiste City offers all the advantages of a prime location, as the business campus is well connected via the main highways, with Tallinn airport and Ülemiste train station being only 700 and 300 meters away respectively. The campus can be easily accessed from Tallinn’s districts via public transport routes, with the city centre a mere 10-minute car drive away. The campus gains added value from the shopping centers and restaurants, as well as the on-campus kindergarten, the European School, the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences, green park zone, and so on.
