The Crucible is a nonprofit educational facility that fosters a collaboration of Arts, Industry and Community. Through training in the fine and industrial arts, The Crucible promotes creative expression, reuse of materials, and innovative design while serving as an accessible arts venue for the general public.

TechShop is a membership-based workshop and fabrication studio (a "makerspace") that provides access to the tools, equipment, education, and other resources needed for you to develop your ideas and turn them into reality. We offer a creative and collaborative community of like-minded people: makers, artists, tinkerers, entrepreneurs, and every D-I-Y enthusiast in between. TechShop is paving the way for the future of innovation and manufacturing.
