The UK Centre for Events Management (UKCEM) at Leeds Beckett University (formerly Leeds Metropolitan University) was established in September 2000 in order to consolidate our position as the leading UK provider of events education, and to provide impetus and a focus for further developing education, training, research and consultancy. The Centre runs a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, including BA (Hons) Events Management, BSc (Hons) Sports Events Management, MSc International Events Management, and MSc Sports Events Management. Opportunities also exist to complete a Masters by Research, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) or PhD, which can be focussed onto events-based research in the workplace.
