Microfilm, microfiche and aperture cards can also be scanned to a preservation standard digital image, accessed via a database and supplied on either DVD, hard drive, FTP, Dropbox or to your own web portal. By observing all recognised preservation standards, our microfilm guarantees access to important and sensitive documents for present and future generations. UK Archiving also offer direct digital capture of documents, photographs and other artefacts using the highest resolution cameras available. These images are then post processed into your required format and can be used as the basis of digital microfilm.
