⸻ Underground DJ Collective (UDC) is a movement born from Los Angeles, created to unite DJs, producers, and visionaries under one mission: from the streets of LA to the global festival stages. UDC is not just a group of DJs — it’s a structured collective with a clear purpose: to amplify underground house-music culture, elevate emerging and established talent, and build bridges between community, artistry, and opportunity. Our Core 12 DJs (in formation) represent the foundation of UDC, each selected for their creativity, discipline, and power to move crowds. As we grow, our Minor League pipeline develops rising artists through mentorship, live performance, and professional training. We operate as a collective + agency hybrid: DJs retain 80 percent of earnings, while UDC reinvests the remainder into brand development, media exposure, and expanding performance opportunities. This structure ensures fairness, accountability, and scalability, with dedicated directors overseeing Technical Production, Marketing & Promotions, Content & Media, Artist Relations, and Training & Development. Through fiscal sponsorship with Fulcrum Arts, UDC also qualifies for arts-grant and donor funding — enabling projects that bring house music to public spaces and underserved communities throughout Los Angeles.
