UD Crops is an Egyptian manufacturer and global exporter of dehydrated vegetables, herbs, and seeds, combining agricultural expertise, industrial scale, and rigorous quality standards. Established in 2015, we operate two manufacturing facilities in Minya with a combined annual production capacity of 16,500 metric tons: 8,500 tons of dehydrated vegetables and 8,000 tons of herbs and seeds. Our manufacturing capabilities support international food manufacturers and ingredient distributors with consistent specifications and dependable supply. Our portfolio includes dehydrated onion, garlic, leek, and spinach, alongside a diverse range of herbs, spices, seeds, and botanicals. We offer multiple cuts, granulations, and powders to meet customers’ product and application requirements. With a strong commercial presence across Europe, North America, and Asia, including Japan, we serve customers with demanding quality expectations.
