Over our 45-year history, the Community Foundation of New Jersey has collaborated with individuals, families, organizations, and businesses to design charitable funds and implement philanthropic solutions they want to see in their communities. From creative projects that tackle critical societal or policy issues to scholarship funds, corporate philanthropy, legacy funds, and donor advised funds, the Community Foundation manages nearly every kind of giving vehicle and tailors solutions to meet critical needs.

The Wabash Valley Community Foundation is your community portal. By channeling community expertise to you and taking your creative ideas to the community, together, we make a difference. We go beyond simply taking charitable contributions and making grants to charitable organizations. Our Board and staff are responsible for having in-depth expertise and spend most of their time in the community understanding challenges, identifying opportunities, and recognizing successful organizations. We also identify current and emerging issues, stimulate resources to address those opportunities and help our region prepare for the future. The mission of the Wabash Valley Community Foundation is to engage people, build resources and enrich lives in the Wabash Valley. Our vision is for a healthy, educated and thriving community.

The Chester County Community Foundation connects people who care with the causes that matter, so their legacies can make a difference forever. We encourage people from all walks of life to create or contribute to lasting charitable funds. Since 1994, the Community Foundation has actively partnered with donors who believe that positive change occurs through effective charitable giving. Today, we manage more than 275 charitable funds started by individuals, families, businesses and nonprofit organizations. Together, these funds represent ordinary people who have made extraordinary commitments to our community. The Community Foundation is a resource for now and for the future.
