Ubiquilux is an exciting new company dedicated to bringing the Gesture Sense technology to the world of lighting and lighting controls. Gesture Sense, developed by XYZ interactive (one of the three founding companies behind Ubiquilux) has a unique and patented low cost technology which enables simple intuitive gestures to be recognized and hence used to drive functionality in a device. Our first product to launch in 2015 will be the e-Motion dimmer switch, a sleek modern high quality dimmer, with a touchless gesture control interface. A version of this switch was developed for Aurora Lighting and on display at their booth at the LUX UK show in November 2014 The switch was show at a 'soft launch'​ at our booth at the IIDEX 2014 show at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre Dec 3rd and 4th. It drew great attention and valued praise and advice from the interior design, architect, building engineering and consulting and contractor / developer communities.
