Tyrosys Corp Information

Tyrosys Corp was a Texas C-Corporation that existed from Oct 2002 until Dec 2023. During our 21 years of business we repaired fiber optic test equipment and repaired Mac computers as an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We ultimately had to close and dissolve Tyrosys because the company founder and CEO, Bill Chapman, was diagnosed with terminal brain and lung cancer in Nov 2023. We tried desperately to save the company, but Bill never created a succession plan, nor last will, and grossly mishandled critical corporate paperwork -- thus requiring the business to shut down. We thank the customers we served over the last 21 years, and we will reach out to many of you so that we can work with you under a successor entity.
