Striving for excellence Tycon Group is a Victorian construction infrastructure specialists working across various sectors including water, transport, rail, energy/resources and defence. This includes getting involved from the get-go, early works planning, constructability analysis, estimating and tendering services; all the way through to project delivery, management and handover. The collective and individual experience of Tycon's team members allows identification and resolution of a host of technical problems whilst at the same time ensuring efficient management of resources with a focus on staying on track with project timelines and budgets. Help those in need This is one of Tycon's founding principles and has been from the very beginning. Tycon has focused on helping various ethnic communities whenever possible as well as disadvantaged workers and groups within the broader community. As the next step in helping the local community Tycon has been engaging Indigenous Australians as part of the work force with hopes of helping to create real employment opportunities as well as providing an opportunity to help teach new skills and improve existing skills. On top of this Indigenous Australian suppliers have also been engaged for a host of different services and products to further help the broader community.
