Since 2010, TY Engineering And Design operates under the leadership of its founder,Tolga Yaprak, P.E. After 6 years of academic experience at the University of Southern California followed by more than 10 years of professional engineering and consulting experience at two major structural engineering firms in Los Angeles, Tolga Yaprak has established TY Engineering And Design to continue serving the construction industry in Southern California. He currently oversees the technical and administrative staff while promoting his expertise in earthquake resistant structural design in Southern California. Tolga's focus has alway to been to support collaborative work environment that enables all project team members to deliver the most cost effective and structurally sound solutions to the clients while utilizing innovative methods. His experience includes structural design, seismic design, evaluation and strengthening of existing buildings as well as nonstructural upgrades and renovations of healthcare facilities. Throughout his career, Tolga Yaprak has worked on numerous projects where he has provided value to the architects by being an excellent teamwork player while delivering project design and documentation on time and on budget.
