Two Red Kites is a Brisbane software and AI consultancy. We build the right solution for your business, not just the biggest one we could sell you. Most consultancies have one answer: more custom code. We start with the problem instead. Sometimes that means building the product you're going to sell. Sometimes it means putting AI tools like Claude and Codex to work inside your business, so it gets smarter without you bolting on a gimmick. And sometimes the fix is smaller than anyone expects: one dashboard that finally connects the systems you already pay for. That's what Solution Engineers do: work out which one actually solves it, then build that, with a senior team that stays on past launch, not a rotating bench of juniors billing by the hour.
