We make software that helps companies keep a human feel as they grow and scale their business. The first product we are making is a knowledge base product that takes all the work out of making a knowledge base. It is called Goto Gorilla. It is first a digital highlighter that takes the work out of creating text for the knowledge base. Next it is a game, awarding points for contribution, creating currency that can then be used in an engaging multiplayer game. Lastly, it dramatically improves search, using new search algorithms designed specifically for small domain areas (like tech support knowledge on a specific product). We are doing our best to get this software together as fast as possible and make tech support guys' lives easier and make coming to work a joy!
