Two Impulse Information

Most AI projects stall at the prototype. Ours go into production. Since 2016, Two Impulse has helped European enterprises turn AI ambition into systems their teams use every day. Our ~20 AI specialists in Munich and Évora have delivered 50+ AI projects for 25+ clients, including ESA, Swiss Re, Zurich, Mercedes-Benz, EnBW, Talanx and WTS Global. What we build → AI automation & agents: old automation followed rules. Agents get the work done. → Private, sovereign AI: on-premise or European cloud. Your intelligence stays yours. → AI customer service: chat and voice assistants that handle routine requests 24/7. → Data & BI: stop reporting. Start anticipating. → Custom AI & software: from idea to live MVP in 2–4 weeks. → AI security: secure from AI. Secure through AI. → Consulting & training: from AI strategy to EU AI Act AI-literacy programmes. Proof, not promises · ESA: a multi-agent AI assistant for mission operations, in use across 20 missions. Telemetry-to-procedure correlation dropped from hours to minutes. · WTS: an AI platform for transfer pricing benchmarking, built with Evolvice. Studies that took weeks now take hours, with audit-defensible results. · Zurich: multilingual extraction from risk reports, with 99% table extraction accuracy. Why clients choose us · Production, not pilots: our systems run in daily operations. · Built for regulated industries: insurance, reinsurance, tax, life sciences. · European by design: your data stays within defined boundaries, no provider lock-in. We also build Langbox, our own AI platform for recruiting, training and knowledge, built in the EU and hosted in Germany. It lets us deliver assistants, voicebots and training simulations faster.
