Pavé nasce nel 2012 dal sogno di tre amici con l'obiettivo di preparare cibo buono, prepararlo bene e servirlo nel modo giusto. Punto di forza sono i lievitati e i prodotti da forno, la cui produzione avviene nel laboratorio a vista milanese di via Felice Casati. Eletto miglior bar di Milano e tra le migliori 50 pasticcerie d'Italia costantemente dal 2012 secondo la Guida Gambero Rosso, Pavé ha ampliato negli anni la propria offerta con un secondo punto vendita di pasticceria (2016), un punto vendita di gelati e granite (2016) e una birreria (2018). La famiglia di Pavé conta attualmente oltre trenta persone dedicate allo studio della materia prima, alla promozione della cultura artigianale e allo sviluppo di una nuova forma di attenzione al cliente, attento a ricercare assieme a noi ciò che è buono.
