TWG Strategy Information

TWG Strategy helps organizations and senior leaders define the outcomes that matter, understand what is standing in the way, and build the strategy, alignment, positioning, communications, and execution required to achieve them. We work with businesses, public-sector organizations, and institutional leaders navigating consequential decisions, complex stakeholder environments, growth, change, market entry, reputation challenges, and initiatives that cannot afford to stall in execution. Our approach starts with the outcome, not a predetermined deliverable. A website may be a response to a positioning problem. A communications challenge may point to a deeper management issue. A strong strategy may be struggling because ownership, authority, capacity, or sequencing are unclear. Entering a federal or regulated market may require more than government access. It may require stronger positioning, organizational readiness, stakeholder strategy, and credibility. TWG helps leaders identify what is actually getting in the way and determine the right response. Our capabilities include: • Strategy and organizational alignment • Market positioning and growth • Strategic communications and reputation • Transformation and change • Government relations and public policy • Federal and institutional readiness • Stakeholder strategy and engagement • Implementation and execution TWG brings particular experience in federal policy, government relations, infrastructure, U.S. territories, public-sector systems, and institutionally complex environments, while applying that experience to a broader range of business and organizational challenges. Complex outcomes rarely depend on one function. We bring the pieces together so leaders can move from identifying what they want to accomplish to understanding what it will actually take to get there.
