twelveNYC was founded in 2005 with the intention to establish a business model at the intersection of tangible product and a brand’s story, resulting in palpable consumer experiences. We tell our client’s stories through custom private label products, curated gifts-with-purchase, innovative packaging vehicles, and thoughtful promotional merchandise. Our belief is simple: well-designed product solidifies brand loyalty, seeds customer engagement, and actively reinforces a brand narrative. Operating under this ethos, the storytelling opportunities are boundless. With offices in Brooklyn, London, and Hong Kong, we are product-loving creatives who dive head-first into each project, handling everything from ideation to creative direction to delivery. Our business model is rooted in agility, and we have over 15 years of experience in adding value beyond product, including quick fulfillment and distribution, a seasoned global supply chain, building out digital platforms, utilizing our in-house sustainability consultant, cross-category ideation, and more.
