TR: Tuşla; firmalar ile müşterileri arasındaki iletişim deneyimini mobil platforma taşıyan 330 bin kullanıcılı bir mobil uygulamadır. Çağrı merkezi maliyetlerini düşürmek için yola çıkan Tuşla, görsel IVR ile doğru müşteriyi doğru çağrı merkezi ile en kısa sürede buluşturur. Ayrıca her arama sonunda son kullanıcıya yönelttiği Anket ve Müşteri Memnuniyeti soruları ile firmaya doğru veriler sağlarken, görsel IVR menüleri ile de ilişkili reklam/kampanya görsellerini son kullanıcıya direkt olarak sunar ve firmalar ile müşterileri arasındaki etkileşimi artırır. The surveys and customer satisfaction enquiries show up at the end of each call and provide the brands with invaluable insights. Visual IVR design also enables brands to showcase their ads and campaigns in related IVR menus to boost the interaction for any given campaigns. In addition to all of this, brands can get in touch with their customers with “FAQ” and “Announcement” sections to minimize the calls and direct them to cheaper alternative channels such as emails, call backs and social media accounts without leaving the app. The biggest advantage of all is that Tuşla does not require any integration and / or infrastructural development to use and benefit from any of these features!
