TUSDEC (Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company) was established in 2005 under section 42 of the Companies' Ordinance. It is a not for profit, guarantee limited company based on public - private partnership and is a wholly owned subsidiary of PIDC (Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation). It has been established to upgrade technology and skills of key and strategic industrial clusters and connect Pakistan to the global value-chain. TUSDEC is created with a goal to support Pakistani industries to ‘jump the curve’ by creating a series of ‘jumps’ (i.e. technology upgrades) that ultimately result in manufacturing parity with the developed world. TUSDEC has emerged as a premier implementation and skill enhancement agency for development initiatives in the realm of public – private partnership. Efficiency, economy and effectiveness is the hallmark of TUSDEC approach, and it consistently strives to earn value for the public money. These state-of-the-art engineering support centres at Lahore, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Lasbella, Peshawar & Karachi offer services to local industry by using most modern machinery and equipment like 3D Scanners, 3D printers, 5 Axis CNC machines, VMCs, HMCs, Turning Centres, CNC lathes, EDMs, WEDMs, HPDC and Injection molding. Our collective services at these centres include conceptual product design through various softwares, re-engineering, 3D Scanning, rapid prototyping, machining services, tool making, die and mould making, heat treatment, surface treatment, sand blasting, laser marking, custom part manufacturing, Injection molding, consulting and much more.
