People who are looking for a little slower pace, fresh air, great sunsets and a glimpse of wildlife find the area very attractive. Of the original forty-seven lots there are a few still available - ranging from $47,900 to $74,900. In 2007 we opened Wildwood Estates, a planned community in the southeast corner of Turtle Creek Estates. These wooded lots are unique to the Austin area, being fully wooded and with almost all enjoying cul-de-sac privacy, mature trees, wildlife galore and maintaining a rural feel, while still being just a couple minutes from the heart of Austin. Our newest subdivision is called Seven Springs III and is an extension (to the west) of the existing Seven Springs development. These lots are almost all suitable for walkout basements and the rolling landscape makes it unique to Austin.
