Turn the Mind is a private psychological practice. We specialize in DBT and Trauma work with adolescents and adults. We offer an adherent DBT program to help address suicidality and self-harm in adolescents and adults through a combination of individual and group work. We work using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Somatic Experiencing (SE) to help make the transformation a reality.
