Tulsa CARES Information

Tulsa CARES has provided social services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS in Northeastern Oklahoma since 1991. Founded at the peak of the epidemic, the organization has responded proactively to the emerging needs of the Oklahoma's affected population over the past two decades. Through its wraparound services, Tulsa CARES addresses the social determinants of health to help support clients in reaching their full human potential. By linking clients with access to health insurance and income benefits, housing support, mental health services, and healthy foods, program care providers keep clients in medical care and reduce the number of new infections in our community. Since its founding, Tulsa CARES has served over 1,500 Oklahomans living with HIV/AIDS.
