Tuck Development is a luxury development company owned and operated by Stephen Tuck and Elise LoSasso. Their specialty is luxury Spec and Custom Homes in the Denver market. Stephen was a successful commodities broker on the New York Mercantile Exchange before his transition into real estate development. His experience with fast-paced, high-volume trades paralleled perfectly with the skill set needed to navigate Denver’s competitive real estate market. Between managing acquisitions of properties in less than two weeks, investors, surveyors, architects, engineers, the Denver Planning Department, subcontractors, and over $15 million in construction happening concurrently; there is no better fit than Stephen to manage all of the relationships necessary to get every last project to the finish line. Elise is an award-winning Realtor® and in the top 1.5% of agents in the country. Elise is also responsible for the majority of the interior designs in the Tuck Development portfolio.
