TTSE Tech is a boutique consultancy dedicated to support of the U.S. national security supply chain. Our current emphasis is on emerging critical minerals, advanced materials, and semiconductor supply chain firms. We provide expertise on securing U.S., state government, and private sector financing as well as off-take agreements and other contracts for growing firms. TTSE Tech was founded in 2022 by Richard Steffens, former U.S. Department of Commerce Deputy Assistant Secretary for Asia. TTSE Tech's team includes experts on operations management, global procurement and marketing, Federal government contracting, advanced and recycled materials technology, and venture capital finance. Since its inception, our team has helped clients secure over $1.2 billion in government financing and letters of intent.
