TTG Solutions Inc. is a small IC tech company, with our management team working in the space providing solutions our customers appreciate. When you come onboard, you're joining a team of developers who will ensure you have all the resources necessary for your success. Our compensation plan is based on similar boutique companies consisting of a company paid Profit Sharing Plan for retirement purposes and an IRS Section 125 Cafeteria plan (Individual Benefits Plan) covering selected medical, dental, life, short/long-term disability insurance, vacation and sick leave. The Profit Sharing Plan pays an additional 15% of your base pay into your 401k while the IBA is funded at 20% of your base pay. Unused cafeteria plan funds are provided to the employee for use as additional salary or a 401k employee contribution.
