TTC Communications Inc Information

TTC Communications was founded in 1997 bringing over 40 years of combined experience in the telecom industry to include underground services, indoor structured cabling, fiber optics and business telephony hardware and call center applications. We incorporated in 2000 and have grown with the industry to include all aspects for business applications. Highlighting VOIP systems, call center solutions and design builds for cabling infrastructure, TTC Communications is your source for unified business phone systems. Our mission is to be the best authorized Toshiba dealer in Eugene for business telephone systems, digital and voice over ip, and security camera systems. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a complete installation and service package while hiring only certified and experienced IT professionals who are certified through Toshiba. Our key differentiator is that TTC are systems integrators and therefore we do not push single products onto our clients. We analyse each business need and present several suitable solutions each with their own attributes - whether it's a single telephone or a complex unified communications solution across many countries. Clients test each platform to determine their respective strengths and weaknesses to ensure that the final selection is the one most suitable for their needs. This non pressured approach to sales has seen many of our clients remain with TTC for over fifteen years as their own companies have grown and expanded.
