Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tsingtao Brewery") is a premium beer brewer founded in August 1903 by German and British businessmen in the city of Qingdao, China. In 1993, Tsingtao Brewery was listed both on the Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchange.
