Sara is a developmental coach and supervisor who uses her wealth of experience as a manager, organisational consultant and counsellor to bring depth to her coaching and supervision work. She holds post graduate qualifications in coaching and coaching supervision, a diploma in integrative counselling and is qualified to use psychometrics. Sara has experience of working with all levels of management and their teams, professionals and people making career changes and transitions (such as returning to work and moving into management). In addition to her coaching services she helps organisations to develop internal coaches and provides both group and individual supervision. She also offers team coaching, action learning, leadership development as well as organisational development consultancy.
