TSAC Engineering provides Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Right-of-Way Acquisition, and Construction Management services. We have long-standing ties to the Southern California region and have the same concerns as our clients about protecting the environment, improving the aging infrastructure, transportation planning, timely Right of Way acquisition for public infrastructure, storm water quality, and alternative energy sources. Our clients include SAC Wireless, San Diego Gas and Electric Company, Tesla, A.
