Starting from a modest wooden cabin supporting a small handful of local residents, Trusted PC Man has since grown to regularly support over 150 SME businesses and in excess of 400 residential clients. The business was started by Andy Clague who formerly worked for one of the largest global I.T outsourcing companies and his role involved the management of desktop services engineers supporting UK & europe based defense companies. In addition to managing technical support staff, Andy also ran customer care workshops for 15 seperate sites across the south of England and regularly visted UK helpdesks to assist with training and quality workshops. “My colleagueas & I understand the need to provide a quality service and we understand the value of trust.
