Our career consulting practice is designed to help individuals navigating career transitions identify and pursue compelling employment opportunities. Client engagements span several months across the entire process from determining it's time for a change to signing an offer with a new employer. The Truno process begins with a deep dive to get to know each client thoroughly, including their goals, needs, values, skills, and interests. We then conduct an expansive brainstorming process, focus our search via research and reality-testing, and hone the skills to craft a compelling career narrative and network into opportunity.
