We are working in stealth mode and aiming to become a global and local flexibility marketplace for different parts of the EU grid balancing mechanisms. We're developing a model for property energy digitalization primarily from an investment perspective. The main principle of the model is the integration of AI on IoT APIs as an Information as a Service model for real estate owners. The core solution combines AI-powered market intelligence predictions (as short as 15 minutes ahead of the current time) with energy information management on behalf of the real estate asset. We aim to interconnect a large number of real estate and integrate them into an energy ecosystem, enabling automatic flexibility trading among them for those in need of capacity, such as energy producers.This approach aims to create investors value as ESG reporting of the asset’s energy efficiency and what kind of energy, as well as create a virtual power plant capability between all kinds of energy assets in real estate. All these aspects are viewed from an investor's standpoint. The model is a cloud computing-driven real estate AI energy information trading platform, which will be released soon.
