TrueCore Solutions Information

TrueCore Solutions is a new company in the Information Technology industry that will provide timely and efficient computer support be it hardware or software. TrueCore Solutions is a partnership, owned and operated by Kenneth Davis, Joel Healy, and Patrick Rozier. All three members of the partnership each bring something unique to the table. Our skills range from application and hardware support to web design. With two of our founders being Army Veterans it has also enabled us to be able to prioritize solutions so that it leads to the least amount of down time possible. Also, with having someone with more than a decade of customer service it is expected that each client as well as prospective clients will receive the utmost courtesy when seeking help. TrueCore Solutions target clients for the first five years will be Small businesses that need IT support whether it is hardware or software support if we can accommodate them. We are also available to the everyday consumer. This is where we expect the majority of our customers. To the everyday consumer we offer in home tech support. The client will give us a call we will setup a time with them for us to visit. If the issue can be resolved there on site it will be done. If we have to take the hardware back to our office it will completed in a timely manner and then returned to the client as fast and timely as possible. We do also offer 24 hour remote assistance, where the client can give us a call and we can try to troubleshoot the issue.
