Who we are We are pioneers in the science of integrated emotions analytics analysing the different ways we communicate – voice, text and image. It is our vision (and our mission) to endow machines with the ability to connect with us on an emotional level, thus introducing integrated emotions analytics into people’s everyday lives. Our vision We envision a world in which personal devices understand our emotions and well-being, enabling us to become more in tune with ourselves and the messages we communicate to our peers. Understanding emotions can assist us in finding new friends, unlocking new experiences and ultimately, helping us understand better what makes us truly happy. What we do TrueTalk mimics how our brain deciphers emotions from language, text and facial images. In today’s Internet world, humans express their emotions, sentiments and feelings via talking, texting, blogging, posting images, emojis and so on. Understanding the true meanings behind these techniques (or a combination of them) is crucial to how we manage relationships. Applications Our "software as a service" lets any device turn emotions into data to support clients relationship management (romance, family, friendships, work), health and well being, education and learning and self development. The science Our technology exploits high quality research from the world’s best academics and institutions. Voice: 21 years of research using 2 million voice samples. Text: 20 years of research creating 6400 word and emotion categories covering 181,000 text samples. Images: 8 years of research using hundreds of thousands of facial frames and 3.2 million facial videos from over 120 countries.
