Brett & Carolyn have combined their professional experience with their own personal journey of caring for their daughter Lucy to establish Queensland's newest and one of its most exciting disability providers. It is our passion to challenge the way disability services are currently delivered. For over twenty years we have watched the commercialisation and commodification of disability care. We have experienced firsthand the frustration of service limitations and provider's support driven solely by funding. We believe there must be a better way. Whilst our business is still quite young at 4 years, director, Dave Challinor has been in the Banking and Finance industry for 21+ years and has done almost every form of lending possible. He began his banking career many years ago as a Teller and very quickly moved into lending. Over that time, he's spent the bulk of it doing all forms of Business and Corporate lending. After spending so many years in the banking industry, one thing became common with them all. Not one bank could completely satisfy every client's needs. It is with this notion that Dave commenced his own operation, Fortified Finance & Leasing Pty Ltd, who now deal with every major bank in Australia.
