True Grind Systems Information

We strive to provide the optimum training environment for developing high-level performance. Using training techniques and programming based in the development of sport specific movement patterning, we have developed pitchers who have thrown over 90 miles per hour during a high school game. We develop female volleyball players who are not limited to a position solely based on their physical height because of their ability to jump measurably higher than the average high school player. We challenge our athletes to not accept mediocrity, instead, striving to realize a vision they have set for themselves playing their sport at a level that some can only imagine. Our mantra of "success is not an accident" truly describes the level of commitment of our staff and our athletes.
