Trud.com is a job search engine that accommodates vacancies and resumes from different websites in one place. Due to job aggregating listing system employee is able to browse the maximal amount of vacancies available on job market to find a suitable job fast, while hirer gets a qualified employee. Trud.com was founded in 2009 for Russia and Ukraine and have been maintaining profitable B2B business for 10 years. According to SimilarWeb Trud.com has been in TOP-7 in traffic acquisition in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus in 2018. Also Trud team founded and managing a group of projects in job and volunteering niches: Trud.ua, Rulla.com, Noblest.org, Charitymark.org. Trud.com job aggregator is involved in Universal Commerce Group corporation as well as all its additional projects. From 2017 to 2018 dozens of new ideas and business models had been tested followed by creation a new ambitious growth strategy for next 3 years that includes additional investitions. A variant of not taking income out of a project to re-invest it for a new growth strategy and business scale for 1 year is being considered.
