We offer critical planning, staging, downsizing, packing and of course - moving (since 1976)! Truckin' for Seniors assists seniors in transition to a new home, continuing care retirement communities (CCRC’s) or Life Planned Communities such as assisted living, skilled nursing, 55+ active communities. We are also trained to provide services for aging in place. Our company is NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers) certified to competently manage all logistics of senior relocation. We maintain advanced qualifications, and have the understanding and experience in working with cognitive, communication, mobility, and safety issues attendant to the changing demands of aging. Some of our specialty services range from floor plan/site planning, declutter and total clean-out, right-sizing, professional packing, disposition and donation coordination, working with utilities, running miscellaneous errands, communicating with out-of-town family members, handling all shipping and logistics of heirlooms and specialty furniture, providing warehoused container storage, managing estate cleanouts, sales and auctions. Personal attention and care is a priority. We address client needs and concerns at all times. During the actual move: Supervise movers re box and furniture placement per client specifications/floor plan Set up living/work space per client specifications Set up basic electronics (computers/TV) Unpack and place all belongings per designated locations Make the bed, turn on the light, and leave our phone number :) Our services begin with a free consultation, followed by a written estimate.
