Based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Trubild has helped add value to over 300 properties and over 2,400 units. Our properties are comprised of all asset classes including single family, apartments, town-homes, and mobile home communities. Started in 2012 when founder Robert Seed decided to branch out into property management with a focus on multifamily investments, our portfolio has been skyrocketing ever since. Our team is committed to giving back to our community, so we work closely with Veterans Affairs, One80 Place, and Family Services to help those in need as well.
