Shashidhar has over 18 years of experience and he has managed various consulting and software development programs in India, US and Japan. He holds BE degree and DBM from Symbiosis Institute of Management- Pune. We closely work with Dr. Shridhar Lolla on TOC consulting and training assignments. Dr Shridhar is a specialist in Organizational Effectiveness and a practitioner of TOC. He is the author of ‘The Path’ and ‘Building Manufacturing Competitiveness’, the two most authentic books about application of TOC in Indian conditions.
