Trisect is an educational institute focused on transforming fresh engineering and MCA graduates into good quality software engineers. Every year more than 15 lakh engineers graduate from thousands of engineering colleges in India, hoping to start a career in IT. However, most of them are unemployable. Theoretical curriculum which has been static since decades coupled with rote learning approach targeted at clearing theory exams leaves these graduates ill-prepared for taking on a real IT job. We, at Trisect, believe that these students are fundamentally capable and with right guidance and education, they can be transformed into valuable software developers for IT companies. So that is the mission we have chosen for ourselves “To transform engineering graduates into valuable software engineers for the IT industry” We ensure that every student graduating from Trisect has following 3 characteristics: 1. That have good work ethics - They have consistently demonstrated honest, hard working, sincere, and diligent work habit. 2. They have learned how to solve their own problems and can work with little supervision and guidance. 3. They have picked up programming skills and applied them to solve several significant programming tasks Anyone who does not meet the bar does not graduate from Trisect, thus enabling us to provide high quality talent for IT industry.
